Wrong order, had to go back Rook forever for her to take my order - I asked for the special that was posted at the order window and she didn't know what I was talking about. Took 15 minutes Store looks pretty rough and needs an overhaul

Dirty, tables unwashed and bathrooms had no toilet paper and paper towel was sitting on top of dispenser falling off on the floor. They had open bins of vegetables sitting on the counter by the till, with people standing over them. The girl making the food had her hair down, which she kept touching to move out of her face. Never going back. Gross!
